Search Terms
When you type a name, county, state, or other search detail into a third-party search box, that query is sent to the provider that powers the tool. Buchanan County Inmate Population does not store those search terms in its own records. The partner's own privacy terms apply to the search request and any account, payment, or report service it offers.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, we use the information in that message to read it, respond, and keep a reasonable record of the exchange. We do not share message contents outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law, a court order, or another valid legal process.
